Unless otherwise noted, these rosters were taken from the Roster of Confederate Soldiers of Georgia, 1861-1865, Volume 4, pages 249-340, published by Longino & Porter, Hapeville, Georgia, 1959. These entries are not complete and do not tell the whole story of the soldier. Although helpful, the researcher should look at the soldier's individual military record to get a more complete picture of his/her ancestor's service. I personally ran into this situation with several of my ancestors.
